Lake Louise Loppet - Volunteer Sign-Up


The Lake Louise Loppet is Western Canada’s oldest cross-country ski race and attracts first timers to Olympic champions.  Participants range in age from from 3 to 87.  

Volunteering:  Sign-up at this link: Lake Louise Loppet Volunteers 2024.  Click on the Green button on the right.  

All other volunteers can or ride up on a free bus early on Sunday morning.  Bus will be at North Edworthy Park parking lot at 6:30 a.m. and departing for Lake Louise at 7:00 a.m.  

All race day volunteers will receive a free box lunch from Laggan's Mountain Bakery on Sunday, March 3rd.  Your volunteer efforts make this a great event for participants and other volunteers. 

As this is a sanctioned Calgary Ski Club Event, please be aware that Pets Are Not Allowed, and it will be in your best interest to leave them at home as per Club Policy.

Please dress in layers. It may be cold and you will be outside and may not have the opportunity to move around much. Bring your smile and awesome attitude and have fun.

All payments are final. Please review the charge(s) and know what you are paying.
Refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances, if there is no cost to the Club, or if the event is full and another member fills your spot. A $25.00 fee will apply. Inform your event host, and treasurer@calgaryskiclub.org as soon as possible.
Please arrange appropriate cancellation insurance.

If you register and cannot attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible. Doing so ensures we are not waiting for you and allows others to register. Please email the event host if you missed the cancellation cut-off date and cannot cancel online.
