Your Member Profile

  • Your profile is where your personal information is stored. 
  • You may update your information like address, phone numbers, emergency contact in your profile
  • You can update your login information and password.
  • You can track what events you have signed up for
  • You can review your interests and control what type of events you get notified about.

How to Access

To access your profile, log onto the website, hover over your name and a dropdown should appear with profile as an option. This should lead to your profile.


Feel free to explore various sections of the profile. 
Check out the tutorial at top right of the profile, or the ? for further help.

Membership Summary

  • Please add your picture by clicking on the pencil icon next to the Icon under Membership Summary.  You may add biographical information here as well as links to social media

Basic Member Information

  • Scan though this section to ensure we have your cell number recorded under the mobile phone section in Other Info.  This is for a future texting enhancement.
  • Ensure we have emergency contact info also located near the end of Basic Member information

Changing your membership level and adding a partner

You can update your membership to family and add your spouse through the website.

1) Log onto the website on a laptop or desktop. Then in the top right corner, hover over your name to get a drop-down and select profile

Under  More Member Options, select membership type/expiration Join date  and change membership type to family and save

3) Log out and back in and return to the profile under More Member options, there will be a section about other members in your account.  You can add your partner by clicking on the + sign.  You should then get an email with a password for your partner, which they can use to login and set up further details.

Updating your Email preference


1) Log onto the website on a laptop or desktop. Then in the top right corner, hover over your name to get a drop-down and select profile.

2) Under More Member Options, select Privacy/cancel/remove, then under Terms of Use/Privacy, select "yes, I want to receive these emails."  Or select No, if you do not wish to be notified about events or other happenings.  You will still receive notices about AGMs and other legally required notices.


Histories

  • Under Payment/Credit History, you will find a history of payments and any volunteer credits you may have.  Outstanding credits are at the very bottom right under Balance
  • Your Event History shows here
  • You can also locate a history of expenses that were reimbursed to you
  • Your volunteer history should show here as well however, it does not always reflect ski sale volunteer commitments

Website Functions

  • Please review your Interests. When we notify members of events, we do so by emailing those who have flagged that interest.  If an interest is not checked, you will likely not receive notice of an event in that category.  This is to prevent you being sent emails on events you are not interested in.  Please note there are notices of events like Annual General Meetings that we must send to all members.
