Description:
The Upper Kananaskis Lake Loop is a 16 kilometer circuit that circumnavigates the lake. Hiking through variably flat and gently rolling terrain, we have a chance to see a variety of views of the surrounding peaks with about 300 meters of elevation gained for the course of the day. In late summer, the lake is full of water and we have a chance to see the deep green shallows near the point, the Lower Kananaskis Falls and the Sarrell Creek Falls along the loop.
