Big Sky - Expression of interest

Update.  This event will not be proceeding.  We had insufficient interest for a bus(and there were logistical issues due to drivers hours), and there were only a couple people willing to drive.  We will re-look at this next year with further lead time.

We are looking at a Big Sky Montana Trip from Dec 26 to 30th.  Big Sky is a Mountain Collective partner.  There is also excellent Nordic skiing in the area for you cross country enthusiasts but note this would only work for the self drive options,

Drive or bus down Dec 26,
Ski Dec 27,28,29
Return home on Dec 30th

We are exploring a number of options

Option one and two:
If there is enough interest, we would take a bus and either:
a) stay on the hill if we can find reasonable accommodation. 
or
b) stay in Bozeman and commute each day to the hill. 

We would need at least 40-45 committed members for this option.  If we stay on the hill the trip cost would be 700 to 1500 per person, which would be the bus, accommodation, snacks on the bus and likely a meal on the bus on the way to Boseman.  
The cost would be about 500 to 750 per person if we stay in Bozeman but we are still costing this out.

Option three and four.
If there is not enough interest to warrant a bus, then we look at self drive. 
Again we would
a) either stay on the hill, likely in a condo -
or
b) in Bozeman, in a condo or hotel setting depending on availability.

We are still investigating pricing and there are many options - some of which depend on the numbers of people interested.  SO far it looks like prices would be from 450 to 800.00

So there are a number of options we will list.  If you are interested in any of these possibilities, please register and check as many options that you would be willing to sign up and pay for.

Final pricing will be worked out and opened for registration if there is sufficient interest..  If possible we will have a place with a hot tub, breakfast and or cooking facilities but it could be a basic hotel unit.

While there is no commitment on your part to express your interest, please be fairly certain of your ability and willingness to attend before registering. 
Accommodation is booking up quickly. Please register by Oct 7th so we can determine the best option to pursue and begin booking accommodation.
