Dr. Delia Robertswill discuss her research findings on how nutrition, hydration, and sleep can impact your performance and injury risk.
Dr. Roberts holds a Masters in Exercise Biochemistry, a PhD in Medical Science from the University of Calgary, as well as a research fellowship with the American College of Sports Medicine.
Her physical training and nutritional education programs have been used in multiple industries including snow sports, forestry, transportation, medicine, wildland firefighting, and food and hospitality.
