Ski Fit Classes - with Richard Smith, Instructor, CSC member and avid skier.
For the third year in a row, I am offering interval fitness classes to get you in better shape for the upcoming ski season. Both downhill and cross country skiing require conditioning to fully enjoy the sport and avoid injury.
My focus on interval training targets the whole body with a strong emphasis on heart conditioning to keep you active the entire day. Proven results include weight loss and increased energy and stamina for you to ski longer and recover quicker.
Classes are currently held on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM. I am open to other times and days if there is enough interest to start a class. Classes are small and limited to six households. I would need at least three participants.
Classes will start on September 20, 2021, at 6:30 PM. The fee for the classes is 125.00 a month for an individual or the same household. There are no contracts; everything is month to month. They are conducted via Zoom. You don’t need equipment for the workouts, but a skipping rope and dumbbells can help with some exercises/workouts.
September classes, two weeks worth, are free and give you a chance to try it all out.
