Let's burn those calories. The snow is great by Ribbon Creek and Bill Milne Trail is open. This is an in and out trail with a total length of 19.4 km. If you can ski 7 km an hour you would qualify for this trip.
Please be at North Edworthy Park a few minutes before 8 a.m. so we can get organized. Look for a black Nissan Maxima.
Please keep in mind the following rules must be followed:
1. Trip participants should cancel or not sign up if they:
• Are experiencing any symptoms such as Fever, Dry cough, Fatigue, Productive Cough, Shortness of breath, Joint Pain, Chills, Sore Throat, Headache, Chills, Nausea/Vomiting.
• Have travelled in the last 2 weeks, or have been close to someone who has.
• Have been close to someone who has exhibited any of the symptoms above.
2. The number of participants is restricted to a maximum of 10. Participate at your own risk.
3. No carpooling is allowed. Each participant (or members of the same household/cohort) must drive to the event or trailhead. You may meet at a central location and convoy.
4. No equipment, food or other material is to be shared.
5. Participants are reminded to update their emergency contact information on their profile on our website. This will not be obtained at the trailhead or meeting place.
6. Participants should bring their own face coverings and hand sanitizer and respect others’ need for distancing and face coverings. Please follow any guidelines required by any facility where an event takes place.
7. Events may be cancelled or changed on short notice. Check the calendar listing prior to the event.
8. Trip organizers may refuse participation to anyone who does not follow these guidelines.
9. Although not a guideline, you may see more events posted for weekdays or to less travelled areas in order to avoid crowds.
