Dryland Training at Crescent Heights Stairs
About this event
Training Program:
- Stairs/fast walking warm-up (10 minutes)
- Plyometrics (25 minutes)
- Stairs climbing cardio (30 minutes, at your own pace)
- Cool down and stretching (10 minutes)
Total: 85 min
Please bring
- Layered clothing, including tuque and neck warmer
- Gloves/mitts and plastic bag (to sit on in case the ground is yet, and put hands down on the ground)
- Headlamp
- Water
The training event will be canceled only if it’s pouring rain. A gentle rain or snow will not stop us!
This outdoor training is also an excellent opportunity to meet & greet fellow CSC members interested in participating in the CSC 'Canadian Ski Marathon 2024 – Become Part of the Legend' multiday trip next Feb. 7 to 12. See the CSC calendar for details.
