Sunshine Day Trip
About this event
A day trip to Sunshine.
Open to both members and non-members.
Please sign up on the Event page so we can track who is carpooling and who to expect at the meeting spot.
Meet at the carpool location (bottom of Home Road, park and ride) at 7:20 to arrange carpooling for 7:30 departure. If you drive yourself or arrange your own carpool, we will meet as a group at 10 am at the Clock Tower just below the top of the gondola. If you get there early, feel free to take a run first.
If the group is large, we will break into smaller groups.

Cancellation Policy:
Please read carefully,
It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate cancellation and medical insurance.
Refunds will be paid in Calgary Ski Club (CSC) points only.
To cancel your registration for an event:
a) Before the cancellation cutoff date, log in to the website and use the "Cancel Registration" button on the event. If it is a paid event, you will be refunded in CSC points.
b) After the cancellation cutoff date, notify the Event Host. A refund may be provided using CSC points but only if the event is full and someone fills your spot.

Free Events
To cancel your registration for an event that does not involve payment, follow the above procedure. If you need to cancel at the last-minute, contact the host via text or email. If you are running late, notify the host as soon as safely possible. Do not be a no-show. This means people may be waiting unnecessarily for you and may mean other members may not be able to attend when there are limited spots. No-shows may be banned from future events.
