Calgary New & Used Ski Sale!!!
The Calgary New & Used Ski Sale is Canada's Biggest and Canada's Best
After a two-year hiatus, our annual ski sale will be back, Friday, October 20st to Sunday, October 22nd, at the Max Bell Arena, with the equipment public consignment taking place on the Wednesday, October 18th and Thursday, October 19th.. The Sale is co-hosted with our friends from the local Canadian Ski Patrol and the Lake Louise Ski Club.
This is our biggest fundraiser. We need your help to make this event successful. Please consider volunteering for one or more of over 800 volunteer slots.
It's great fun and a chance to meet other outdoor enthusiasts.
Volunteer slots cover a wide range of jobs. From moving supplies from our storage locker, assisting with the setup of the arena floor, data input and checking of consigned items, appraisals of equipment, IT, placing items on sales racks, cash, to safety and security and more.
Most jobs are straightforward and training will be provided.

So What's in it for Me
As a Calgary Ski Club member, this Sale pays for administration and subsidizes events and trips. We need people to meet our volunteer commitment and receive our share of funding.
Volunteers get access to a pre-sale on Thursday evening after setup and inventory are complete.
We reward Ski Club members who volunteer 15 volunteer points for each hour worked, which may be used to pay for Ski Club events. 1 point = 1 dollar. Volunteering Pays !!!
