Grassi Lake Hike

Thanks to the Cindy for our trek to Grassi Lakes! I have titled this photo WWT: “Well Worth the Trek”! I watched people hesitate to climb the steps past the last gate but was very pleased when I did……what a reward! The beauty of The lakes really was awe inspiring…..the colors!
Grassi Lakes was uphill but manageable for anyone….just set your pace. All in the hike was around three hours not including lunch and stops to admire along the way. As always for me, it was great to meet new people and have the opportunity to have companionship for the trek. Well worth the stop in Canmore for the bakery before saying goodbye to companions! Looking forward to the next hike!
