Guests are welcomed to participation in up to 2 CSC events or activities in any one season but must join the Club to take part in further activities.
These activities include:

Cancellation for a scheduled event that does not involve payment should be done directly with the event host, either through Meet Up conversations or via email.
Cancellation for a scheduled event, where payment has been received, must be done directly with the Office Administrator at (403) 282-4122
Refunds of paid amounts will be determined on the Club's ability to find a replacement for the booked space.
When cancellation is due to a bona fide medical or personal emergency, a full refund will be authorized.
