Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Annual General Meetings are held yearly in April or May and are open only to members in good standing.
These meetings are an opportunity for CSC Members to vote on key Club issues, examine financial statements, ask questions and offer suggestions for the ongoing management of the Club. Elections are held at the AGM each year for Council positions.
To be nominated for a Council position, a completed nomination form must be signed by three signatures plus the signature of the nominee and submitted to the President before the AGM is called to order. Click here to download a nomination application.
Members may attend in person, or submit a 'PROXY BALLOT for inclusion in voting at the AGM. This proxy ballet should reach the President - of the Office Administrator - prior to the AGM being called to order.
Associate Members are welcome to attend the AGM but have waived voting rights.
