Lessons

It’s never too early or too late to learn how to Cross-Country ski or to improve your technique. The Club has lessons for children and adults including learn to ski programs for beginners.

Jackrabbits

We teach Cross Country Canada’s Jackrabbit Ski Program to children ages 5 to 10. A team of enthusiastic coaches will encourage the learning of basic skiing fundamentals for classic skiing. Each skier receives an awards booklet and award stickers to track their progress. We take skier and team photos and have a year end party. It’s a fun, family environment and the really great thing about our Jackrabbit programs is that Mom or Dad get to learn how to cross-country ski as well – free of charge!

TBD. An information session for parents on how to equip and dress their children for the upcoming season; non-members may attend at a cost of $5. A grip waxing information session.Adults

Our popular Learn to Classic series is offered in January and February. Our CANSI qualified instructors teach beginners the classic technique of cross country skiing.
